Overtime
An overtime fee will be charged if the duration of the rental exceeds 12 hours or after 23.59 WITA on each rental day. Customers will be charged an overtime charge of:
- IDR 35,000 Per Hour for Avanza and Innova Units
- IDR 50,000 Per Hour for Toyota Hiace Units
Payment
We accept full payment or a DP of 50% as a receipt, with maximum payment when the client meets our driver
Refund Policy
The order cancellation policy will incur a fee of 50% of the total DP (For example: a DP paid of IDR 300,000 will be returned IDR 150,000 to the client and IDR 150,000 for cancel fees)
